A Temple Sinai Program: Shabbat Itanu — You are not alone!
Inclusion is about embedding respect zeh l’zeh — for one another — into everything that we do. Shabbat Itanu, the annual city-wide Toronto event that focusses on accessibility, will once again come to Temple Sinai. The thought-provoking Shabbat morning service will focus on mental health and the struggles young adults face with regards to addiction. We welcome Jobim Novak as our speaker. Jobim is a 24 year old Child and Youth Care Practitioner student in his last year of school at George Brown College. Jobim is a poet, rapper, writer, and public speaker on the topic of addiction and mental illness. Time: 10.00 a.m. For more information, call the Temple Office at 416-487-4161 or email programs@templesinai.net. 210 Wilson Avenue.
