Gratitude Circle with Rabbi Robyn Fryer Bodzin

"Praise the LORD; for God is good, God’s hesed is eternal" (Psalm 136:1).

People who exhibit gratitude report fewer aches and pains, and a general feeling of health. Research shows that gratitude can improve your psychological health, enhance empathy and reduces aggression, improve your sleep, enhance your self-esteem and increase mental strength. Join us on Zoom on Thursday evenings at 7:45 p.m. between Pesah and Shavuot to come together to express gratitude and acknowledge the blessings in our lives.
