Here To Help is an educational and support group tailor-made just for you. Here To Help was developed as an introduction to addiction issues. It is open to anyone struggling with addiction themselves or their families / friends who want to understand more about addiction. Topics included how to respond to the behaviours that often accompany substance use and abuse, self-care, and healthy boundaries. This meeting is held at 846B Sheppard Ave. W. Main Floor.
