We are excited to invite you to attend the second Intra-Jewish Dialogue session. We have worked hard to create an exclusive opportunity for our participants to engage in an intimate discussion session with Peter Beinart . Peter normally speaks at larger auditorium style events and we hope that this unique opportunity will give our attendees a chance to engage and challenge Peter and each other on divergent issues in an intimate setting. Please see below for more information.

FOR AN INTIMATE DIALOGUE WITH:
PETER BEINART
A provocative journalist and a political commentator, featured in The New York Times and the author of The Crisis of Zionism.

QUESTION . CHALLENGE . DISCUSS .

Discussing: Diverging Identity, Policy, Politics:

HOW DO WE CARRY OUT DIFFICULT AND COURAGEOUS CONVERSATIONS WITHOUT VILIFYING EACH OTHER ON DIVERGENT ISSUES IN OUR COMMUNITIES, SUCH AS THE ISRAELI-PALESTINIAN CONFLICT ?

ARE CANADIAN JEWISH YOUTH MOVING AWAY FROM THEIR JEWISHNESS, WHAT DOES IT MEAN AND DOES IT MATTER IN 2017 ?
(IS THE G-D OF ABRAHAM, ISAAC AND JACOB COMPATIBLE WITH POST-MODERN FORMALIZATION OF SECULARISM THAT UNDERGIRD LIBERAL JEWISH DIASPORA YOUTH? )

HAS THE JEWISH DIASPORA BEEN FRACTURED INTO UNIQUE, INCOMPATIBLE, SECLUDED COMMUNITIES IN WHICH WE ARE DOOMED TO TALK PAST EACH OTHER BY INVOKING NORMS THAT PRESUPPOSE MORAL, RELIGIOUS OR POLITICAL AXIOMS THAT WE DO NOT AGREE UPON IN THE FIRST PLACE ?
