J-Service provides teens with the opportuntiy to fulfill the Jewish values of Gemilut Chasidim , 'Acts of Kindness, Tzedakah , just and charitable giving and Tikkun Olam, tthe responsibility to repair the world. Across the globe, all on one day, teens join each other to make their community and the world a better place. Locals teens can choose from one of more than a dozen J-Serve projects and can earn 5 volunteer hours. Open to all students in grades 6 to 12. A project led by BBYO and involving over 40 youth and community groups and organzations across Jewish Toronto.
