A Temple Sinai Renaissance Program: An evening with Our member Mark Wolfson - Preserving our Structures, One Photograph at a Time
Wednesday, December 23 from 7.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
“Preserving Our Structures, One Photograph at a Time” will take the audience to several structures, including synagogues and other houses of worship. Mark, retired Vice President of Henry’s and graduate of Ryerson University Photography Arts will talk about Ontario buildings that you may be familiar with and show some of the photo projects he has worked on in other locations. While a few of these buildings are no longer with us, many have been rebuilt and/or repurposed. Mark will give us a brief history of the properties and an update of their current use or condition. Throughout the presentation, Mark will show us photographs of these unique links to our past and tell us a few stories of his adventures doing so.
