As we begin the New Year, please join us to start a new chapter of Temple life and formally welcome Rabbi Jordan Shaner and Cantor Sharon Brown-Levy to our family. We will also celebrate a founding leader, Al Green z”l, with the dedication of the Green halls.

Gear up for an energetic afternoon of musical performances and community celebration, including guest cantor, Riki Lippitz, and the Temple Sinai Ensemble Choir.

Cantor Riki Lippitz has served as Cantor of Oheb Shalom Congregation since 1987. She was one of the first women invested as chazzan by the Jewish Theological Seminary in 1987, together with the esteemed Cantor Charles Osborne.

Cantor Lippitz’s co-founded and continues to direct the Kol Dodi Chorale of MetroWest NJ. She has also performed with Kol Sasson, Kol B’Seder, Rabbi Joe Black, and the NJ Cantors Concert Ensemble, through which her friendship with Cantor Brown-Levy was founded. Thanks to Barry & Laurie Green and David Green, Daphne Wagner, Lita and Mikey Green for their support of the Al Green Hall.
