The language of transgression and sin, repentance and forgiveness seem more and more foreign in today’s secular society, yet this language of the human condition continues to challenge us and the choices we make. Together we will consider how the most troubling passages of our High Holy Day Machzor might just be the most instructive in how one can construct of a life of meaning and purpose.
