For more than 20 years, Jacqueline Friedland has organized a Women’s Seder for family and friends, typically on an every other year basis. While 2020 was not originally scheduled for such a Seder, today’s unique circumstances prompted Jacque to reach out to Holy Blossom Temple to lead such a Seder – virtually. A Women’s Seder is a time for women of all ages to come together for a unique experience – to tell the historical story of Exodus focused on the women who played a part. It’s also a time to reflect on the current world. With each of the four cups of wine, we will read about the woman of the Passover story. We will ask four questions from a woman’s perspective and speak about four daughters. We will examine the symbols of the Seder plate and share a modern Dayeinu. Please join us!
