The Beach Hebrew Institute (the Beach Synagogue), which will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2020, will hold a Yom Hashoah Service in recognition of the 6 million Jewish lives lost and as a tribute to those who resisted.

The service will celebrate the White Rose resistance movement in Nazi Germany during the Holocaust and will discuss the rise in anti-Semitism and racism in Toronto and across North America.

The event is free; all community members are welcome.
