JEWISH HOSPICE PROGRAM

The Jewish Hospice Program provides emotional, practical and spiritual support to individuals and their families coping with progressive life limiting illness.

The home centered program provides service without fee and is staffed by a professional team that includes social workers, Rabbis and volunteers.
