Jewish Information Service of Greater Toronto (JIST) is the gateway to the Jewish community in the Greater Toronto Area.

Contact us for information about all aspects of Jewish life - dates of holidays, synagogues and temples, day schools and after-school Hebrew schools, camps, agencies and organizations, daycares, kindergarten programs, scholarships and more. JIST also has a housing registry (a free community service of accommodations mainly for singles and couples), retirement homes and long-term facilities.
JIST offers Restitution Services assisting survivors and their families apply for compensation and pensions from Germany. Please contact Dora Elzbet, 416-630-2920.
Another program of UJA Federation through JIST is PJ Library now available to families in Toronto, York Region and Peel Region with children ages 6 months to 5.5 years. www.pjlibraryToronto.ca
