Prior to co-founding Marlin Spring, Mr. Bakst was Executive Vice President of a leading development company for ten years. He helped build it into one of the largest condominium development firms in the Greater Toronto Area. With a strong focus on the construction of high-rise development projects, Mr. Bakst was involved in leading the property management and finance divisions and has played a leading role in the high-rise construction division. Mr. Bakst received his CPA designation in the state of New Jersey in 2005.
Gary Berman is responsible for Tricon’s overall operations, including strategic planning, investment decisions, capital commitments, relationship management, and private fundraising. Under his leadership, Tricon has established itself as a diversified residential company with a growing portfolio of single-family rental homes, multi-family properties, development projects, and build-to-rent communities. Mr. Berman is a member of the Company’s Board of Directors as well as its Investment Committee and Executive Committee.
Mr. Berman holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School, where he was designated a Baker Scholar, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, where he graduated first overall in the Faculty of Management.
As President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Blazevski oversees and manages daily operations at DiamondCorp. He is responsible for the creation and execution of land development strategies and acquisition activities, helping to position DiamondCorp as industry leaders and city builders.
With extensive land development experience over the course of his career, Mr. Blazevski has led teams in securing municipal approvals for over 60 major land development projects in the GTA, working with some of the industry’s foremost developers.
In his commitment to social and professional responsibility, Bob has served on several committees, including a position on the Board of Directors of the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) and a member on the board of the Urban Land Institute Toronto Chapter. Bob is also a member of Unity Charity’s Strategic Partnerships Committee and a 2020 Co-Chair for the Hold ‘Em for Life Charity.
Daniel Drimmer is the founder and CEO of Starlight Investments, a Canadian real estate asset manager with over 225 employees and $14B in AUM, encompassing more than 43,000 multi-family units and 7.0M commercial square feet.
In addition to founding TransGlobe Apartment REIT in 2010, Daniel founded True North Apartment REIT and True North Commercial REIT (TSX: TNT.UN) in 2012, the Starlight U.S. Multi-Family Core Funds in 2013, and Starlight Capital in 2018. Daniel is currently a Trustee of Northview Apartment REIT (TSX: NVU.UN), True North Commercial REIT (TSX: TNT.UN), and Starlight U.S. Multi-Family (No. 1) Core Plus Fund (TSX.V: SCPO.UN). Over the last eight years, Daniel has completed more than $30B of real estate related transactions. He is the third generation in the Drimmer family to be involved in commercial real estate.
Alan Greenberg is a seasoned investor, developer and manager of residential real estate, with a passion for incorporating technology and sustainability into his developments. He is actively developing rental apartment development communities, primarily in the Midwest United States (e.g. Chicago, Detroit, Ann Arbor, Cincinnati, Louisville, Kansas City, and Minneapolis), as well as the Greater Toronto Area/Greater Edmonton Area (through his 100% ownership of Streamliner Properties).
Mr. Greenberg also co-founded and is chairman of GreenSoil Investments, a venture capital group with active portfolios in food/agricultural technology and property technology.
Andrew Hoffman is founder and Chief Executive Officer of CentreCourt Developments Inc., a private development company focused on high-rise residential development in the Greater Toronto Area. Over the last 6 years CentreCourt has completed over 5,000 residential units and has under development an additional 6,000 residential units.
Andrew has over 30 years of experience in the real estate development industry and is active in numerous volunteer endeavors including Board participation at Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation and Mount Sinai Hospital and sits on a number of committees. He is also on the investment committee at Ronald McDonald House Toronto and chairs the building committee for the new JCC. Andrew is also co-founder and board member of Hold'em for Life Charity Challenge, an organization that has raised significant funds for cancer research. For his contributions to the community, he is the recipient of the Community Service Award at the 14th Annual NAIOP Real Estate Excellence (REX) Awards.
Andrew holds an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Christina Iacoucci is a Managing Partner, Portfolio Management at BentallGreenOak with overall responsibility for Sun Life’s Canadian real estate portfolio. Christina is focused on sustainable real estate investing and provides leadership and strategy across all aspects of the Sun Life portfolio, including asset management, development, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Christina has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in investments, asset management, development and valuation.
Christina is actively involved in the industry. She is a member of the board of directors of NAIOP. She is also on the board of directors of CREED (Commercial Real Estate Equity & Diversity) Council. She is a longstanding member of the ICSC and the CREW Network and helps shape the industry’s future leaders through mentorship for both NAIOP and the Rotman School of Management master’s program at the University of Toronto.
Mr. Lazer joined ELAD Canada in 2011 and was appointed CEO in 2015, leading the company’s diverse business activity, strategy, and development. Mr. Lazer also serves on the Board of Directors of ELAD Canada.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Lazer served as CFO of ELAD and led procurement processes, investments, dispositions, acquisitions, and financing operations of over $1 billion. Before joining ELAD, Mr. Lazer served at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services, one of the top 20 global shipping and logistics carriers. Prior to ZIM, Mr. Lazer worked as a CPA at EY Israel.
Mr. Lazer holds a degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Haifa, Israel; a certificate in Comptrollers and Financial Management from the Department of Continuing Education and External Studies at the University of Haifa; and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management from the University of Tel Aviv.
Julie Di Lorenzo is the President of Diamante Urban Corp., a Real Estate Development company and General Construction Contractor in Ontario. Ms. Di Lorenzo has been self-employed in the industry since 1982 as Contractor on such projects as Empire Plaza Condominiums and Terminal Three International Airport, as Developer/Builder of the following projects: 520 Kingston Rd., for Cityhome, LIUNA Social Housing Development in Ottawa, Developer/Builder of One Balmoral Avenue, 5-23 Balmoral Ave., The Royalton at 801 Bay Street, 2 Roxborough St. East, Domus in Yorkville, Phoebe on Queen, a joint venture with Wittington Properties, One City Hall, Condominium Development in joint venture with Hon Kwok Land Investment Co., Hong Kong and recently, The Florian Condominium Development at Bay and Davenport - now considered one of the most prestigious buildings in Toronto. The Diamond Project in North York successfully launched in 2015 and is currently under construction to be completed for Occupancy in Spring 2021. Mirabella, and One City Hall are amongst the largest residential projects in Toronto. Mirabella at 720 suites, a LEED Gold candidate including a major Public Art contribution, has started construction and will be ready for Occupancy Summer 2022.
Diamante projects won the Greater Toronto Home Builders’ Project of the Year in 1997, 1998 and 1999, respectively. This had never been accomplished before.
As Managing Director and Group Head, Real Estate, Jaime McKenna leads and is responsible for the firm’s real estate business and is a member of the Executive team.
Prior to joining Fengate, Jaime was Chief Investment Officer of Minto Apartment REIT. As part of the Minto executive team, Jaime led more than $1 billion of investment transactions as well as an ERP implementation, organizational realignment and change management across the company. She served as a member of multiple investment committees overseeing Minto’s private institutional investments. Most recently, Jaime was part of the executive team that led the initial public offering of Minto Apartment REIT as well as the follow-on equity offering in April 2019.
Prior to Minto, Jaime was Director of Finance for Bell Canada where she specialized in financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions and led the financial integration of newly acquired ICT (information and communication technology) companies.
Jaime holds 20 years of professional business experience. She frequently speaks on expert panels at conferences across Canada and she chaired the 2018 Canadian Apartment Investment Conference. Jaime holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with honours from Trent University and both a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator designation.
Jeffrey Olin is a co-founder, CEO and Portfolio Manager at Vision for 13 years. The Vision Opportunity Funds are real estate focused alternative investment funds seeking to outperform in all market environments with low volatility and uncorrelated returns. The Funds seek to buy real estate cheaper in the stock market than one can in the property market and target superior risk-adjusted total returns with a focus on capital preservation as a core component of the Funds’ strategy. The Funds have delivered a Total Return of 311%, a Compound Annual Return of 12.2% since inception in July 2008.
Prior to Vision Jeff had fifteen years of senior level investment banking experience as the Managing Partner, Ontario and Head of Investment Banking with Desjardins Securities and as Managing Director with HSBC Securities. Previously, Jeff has ten years of direct real estate industry experience with Bramalea Limited in Dallas and with Olympia & York Developments Ltd.
Jeff has served on the Board of Directors for numerous public companies as well as charitable and community boards and served as an expert witness on behalf of the Ontario Securities Commission and the Government of Canada Parliamentary Finance Committee. Mr. Olin is a graduate from the Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University in Chicago with an MBA. He received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
Mr. Politis is a partner at Greybrook and CEO of Greybrook Realty Partners. A private equity professional with over a decade of experience structuring, financing and managing investments, he oversees the strategic growth of Greybrook Realty Partners, a leading Toronto-based real estate private equity firm.
Mr. Politis leads the firm’s deal origination and asset management practice and is the co-chair of Greybrook Realty’s Investment Committee, responsible for providing oversight and approval of the company’s investments. Greybrook has invested in over 80 developments in the Greater Golden Horseshoe region and South Florida markets that represent in aggregate 39 million square feet of residential and commercial density with an estimated gross completion value of over $17 billion.

Felica Posluns is a Managing Partner and Owner at State Building Group/Forest Hill Homes. She is involved in land acquisition, development, construction, and property management of all real estate asset classes in the GTA and Southwestern Ontario. Felicia’s core role is to oversee the property management business.
Ben Rogowski is responsible for all investments and developments at Canderel. Since joining the team in 2003, he has been intimately involved with the acquisition and execution of several landmark developments, and he works hand in hand with the planning, marketing, sales and construction teams to ensure the successful completion of every project.
Ben brings thoughtfulness and astute judgement to managing relationships with Canderel’s partners, lenders, and senior staff.
Harry Rosenbaum is Co-Founder and Principal of the Great Gulf Group of Companies (Great Gulf Homes, First Gulf Corporation, Ashton Woods Homes, Tucker HiRise and H+ME Technology), one of the largest privately held real estate conglomerates in North America. Great Gulf Group covers the entire real estate spectrum in 18 cities, has built over 80,000 homes, 8000 high-rise units, has a portfolio of thousands of acres of land and commercial real estate assets of over $4 Billion.
Mr. Rosenbaum is a Trustee of the Starlight U.S. Multi-Family Fund and a past Board Member of WPT Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust. Harry is Chair of the Real Estate and Properties Committee of UJA of Greater Toronto and a Member of the Board of Directors of UJA of Greater Toronto. Harry is the Honourary Canadian Chair of Limmud FSU. He was a director of the Sunnybrook Hospital Foundation.
Ken Tanenbaum is the Founder and Chairman of Kilmer Developments, which has had a leading role in the construction and operations of such transformational projects as the ONroute Highway Service Centres, the Pan Am Athletes’ Village, the West Village at Port Credit and the Province’s West Don Lands Rental Housing program; he is Chairman of Kilmer Brownfield, which is committed to creating value by remediating and repositioning contaminated land; he is the Executive Chairman of Coca-Cola Canada Bottling; and, he also serves as Vice Chairman of Kilmer Van Nostrand, a family holding company with interests in sports & media, private investments and infrastructure. He has a long history of volunteer leadership with many organizations. Ken is passionate about the promise of Canada and is committed to aligning his business interests with building healthy cities and vibrant communities. He lives in Toronto with his wife, Jennifer, and their four children.
Craig Walters Joined Northam in 1997 as Senior Vice President after 8 years at Markborough Properties. He has been managing the growth of Northam since that time providing leadership in all aspects of the business and providing opportunities for exceptional people to thrive in. Craig is responsible for Asset Value optimization of Northam's portfolio with Asset Management, Acquisitions, Leasing, Property Management and Finance reporting to him.
Edward Weisz has provided the vision that has steered the company to its success over the past four decades. As an industry pioneer, he continues in his role as a “Goodwill Ambassador” reaching out to all stakeholders including; government, the building industry, purchasers and the community. He is involved in the key issues, lending his experience and expertise to help affect positive change.
Edward has created a nexus between the consumer, the builder and the governing authorities in association with BILD and Tarion, two organizations that have benefited from his involvement in many initiatives and committees. He continues to focus on improving the industry and giving back to the community at every opportunity.
Jack Winberg, the Group’s C.E.O., trained in business and law, joined Rockport in 1988 following an active law practice as a specialist in land use and development. Jack is a founding director, of ClubLink Corporation, and has extensive experience as a director of both public and private companies. Jack is a member of the board of the Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation. He is also a past President of the Urban Development Institute of Canada and a past Chairman of the Urban Development Institute (Ontario) now BILD.
As a Principal and Co-Founder of Madison Group, Ms. Zagdanski has played a pivotal role in evolving a successful family business into a multi-faceted company that owns, develops, and manages landmark residential and commercial properties throughout the GTA and New York City.
Over the past 27 years, Ms. Zagdanski has spearheaded the strategy and operations for Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service for overof 15,000 homes and 2.5 million square feet of commercial property. Of late, she has focused on mentoring within the organization and guiding the next generation at the Madison Group.
Ms. Zagdanski holds a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.
