Camp Szarvas: Developing Leaders, Transforming Jewish Europe

UJA is proud to support a summer camp in Hungary called Szarvas. Every year UJA allocates $546,000 to JDC, which stands for Jewish Joint Distribution Committee and helps Jews around the world. JDC funds Szarvas where every summer - 1,700 children and teens from more than 30 countries go to camp.   As Jewish communities across Europe face increasing anti-Semitism, terror, and far-right political extremism, Szarvas is helping to build the next generation of young leaders and proud, resilient Jewish communities.
