Describe your role as PJ Library Manager

I have the best job in town! I get to share the joy of PJ Library with our community every day! I feel so lucky to work with our community partners including local synagogues and schools, my hardworking colleagues at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto, as well as with all our PJ Library families!

What is your favourite part of your job?

I love hearing from our PJ families about how much they love and appreciate receiving their PJ Library books each month! It is so wonderful to hear how PJ Library books are used to bring families together and teach them about Jewish values, themes and holidays.

Why do you love PJ Library so much?

PJ Library makes everyone happy! When I tell people, I work for PJ Library they always smile and tell me which book is their favourite.

What’s your best memory/experience from working on PJ Library?

At a recent PJ Partner program, I wore my PJ Library t-shirt and was standing by a table full of information about PJ Library. A little boy ran up to me, gave me a big hug and thanked me for sending him his PJ Library books each month. I think he may have called me the PJ Library Book lady! It doesn’t get any better than that!

Something from Nothing.

Chanukah!

Homemade Challah, hot out of the oven
