Mahj for a Cause Mahj for a Cause

UJA Women’s Philanthropy is excited to be hosting an evening of mahjong in support of Toronto’s vulnerable Holocaust survivors. If you are unable to attend the event but would still like to make a donation in support of vulnerable Holocaust survivors, please do so below.

Your donation will be directed to Jewish Family & Child Service (JF&CS) to purchase gift cards, enabling survivors to meet basic needs and maintain their independence. We are deeply grateful for your support and for making a meaningful difference for those in need in our community.

ABOUT JEWISH FAMILY AND CHILD SERVICE (JF&CS)

Jewish Family and Child Service (JF&CS) Supports the healthy development of individuals, families, and communities within a Jewish framework through prevention, protection, counselling, domestic abuse, education, and advocacy services. This includes a range of supports, like housing and financial assistance for community members experiencing intense vulnerability. The agency also operates special programs for Holocaust survivors, including emergency and medical financial assistance and social gatherings with meals and entertainment.

*JF&CS is one of the many organizations that UJA’s Annual Campaign supports in alignment with UJA’s strategic priorities.
