Join the celebration by visiting the fitness centre of the Miles Nadal JCC, Prosserman JCC or Schwartz/Reisman Centre 100 times between January 2, 2017 and September 1, 2017 and you will receive:
- Entry into a draw for 2 flights to New York, Chicago, Boston or Washington DC (1 prize for each JCC locationJCC location
- Entry into a draw for an iPad Mini (1 prize for each JCC location)
- Entry into a draw for the city-wide Grand Prize of 2 flights to Israel on El Al Israel Airlines (blackout dates apply)
- A complimentary 100 Days of Fitness Water Bottle (limit of 500 city-wide)

A PROMOTION IN CELEBRATION OF UJA FEDERATION OF GREATER TORONTO’s CENTENNIAL YEAR
1. The Sponsor is UJA Federation of Greater Toronto (the "Sponsor").
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion shall commence on January 2, 2017 and continue until September 1, 2017 (the "Promotion Period").
3. ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for receiving a water bottle and for participating in announced prize draws, the participant must be a member of Schwartz/Reisman Centre or Prosserman Jewish Community Centre or the Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre during the Promotion Period. Employees of Schwartz/Reisman Centre and Prosserman JCC and the Nadal JCC are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
4. RECEIVING A WATER BOTTLE AND PARTICIPATING IN FUTURE RELATED CONTESTS
To receive a water bottle and participate in future related contests, check-in to the fitness centre of the Schwartz/Reisman Centre and Prosserman JCC or Nadal JCC, at least 100 times, on different dates, during the Promotion Period. For greater clarity, for the purpose of this Promotion, only one check-in per day will be counted. No purchase is necessary.
5. PRIZES
(a) TOTAL of 500 plastic water bottles (retail price: $5). Only 1 water bottle per person, during the Promotion Period.
(b) Additional prizes may be added at a later date. Terms and Conditions of future related contest will be posted on this website from time to time.
(c) All prizes are not transferable and cannot be substituted. They cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Sponsor is collecting personal data about entrants for the purpose of administering this Promotion and to communicate with them about the Sponsor’s work. Entrants not wishing to receive any other informational or marketing communications from the Sponsor should email the Sponsor to privacy.officer@ujafed.org. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their first name, place of residence, voice, story, statement(s), and/or photograph(s) or other likenesses by the Sponsor and their agents or representatives for publicity, advertising or informational purposes in any medium or format without further compensation or notice.
7. By entering this Contest, entrants forever release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Schwartz Reisman Jewish Community Centre, Prosserman Jewish Community Centre, their affiliates and respective directors, officers, employees, partners, employees, agents and representatives (collectively the “Releases”) from any and all damages, injuries, death, loss, or liability to person or property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of participating in the Promotion, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize
8. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify this Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice or obligation if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
