In accordance with the Income Tax Act and Canada Revenue Agency guidelines, I confirm that no benefit of any kind has been provided to me, or to anyone designated by me, as a result of this donation. I consent to UJA releasing my name and donation amount to JFC-UIA, and JFC-UIA sharing that information with King David School’s Foundation.

I also acknowledge that donations made to UJA recommended for South Africa will be provided to JFC-UIA, recommended for their approved initiatives. To cover internal costs, there is a 2% JFC-UIA internally allocated charge for all South Africa fund donations. UJA will issue a tax receipt to donors for the full value of the donation.
