2024 Israel Camp Counsellor Program – Camp Canada

In 2023, we embarked on an initiative to enrich the experiences of campers at Jewish overnight camps in Canada by supporting talented and skilled young adult Israelis through invaluable work opportunities with Canadian Jewish campers. This endeavor, made possible through our collaboration with numerous Jewish camps and Camps Canada, has been a tremendous success.

This year, we are proud to continue this valuable program by hiring Israeli young adults as camp counsellors. Many of these individuals have been tragically displaced from their homes due to the devastating events that began on October 7th.

In order to make this experience possible, we need your help. We are looking to raise funds in the hopes of supporting the cost of hiring these staff and bringing them to Canada for summer 2024 or 2025. All funds raised will support staff at Jewish summer camps, which are registered charities. Your support is greatly appreciated. We are eager to help facilitate this experience for as many people as possible and be a small part of the solution to help heal during these tough times.
