Job Type: Full-Time Position & Onsite

Salary: $60,000.00- $70,000.00 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Location: Prosserman JCC 4588 Bathurst Street, North York ON (Bathurst/Sheppard Area) and/or Schwartz/Reisman Centre (Bathurst/Rutherford Area)

As our Donor Relations Manager, you will combine data driven strategy and relationship-building to strengthen donor engagement and drive sustainable fundraising growth. This role blends analytics and in-person connection, translating insights into action while cultivating meaningful relationships that directly support programs enriching Jewish life across the GTA. What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze donor and membership data to identify trends, engagement patterns, and growth opportunities
  • Develop dashboards, performance reports, and strategic insights to guide fundraising decisions
  • Oversee CRM integrity and donor data management, ensuring accuracy, segmentation, and reporting excellence
  • Design and support donor stewardship and retention strategies
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Membership, and Program teams
  • Partner closely with the VP of Donor &  Stakeholder Relations in cultivating donor relationships, including attending in person meetings and events, preparing briefing materials, and ensuring seamless administrative coordination and donor experience management
  • Prospect, secure, manage, and steward corporate sponsorships, building meaningful partnerships that drive revenue and community impact

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in fundraising, development operations, or donor analytics
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Experience supporting donor cultivation and stewardship
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort engaging donors in professional settings
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and strategic thinker
  • Passion for mission-driven fundraising and community impact
