Job Overview

We are currently seeking energetic, nurturing, and experienced lead teachers and assistants for our daycare. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. This role involves engaging with children in various activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social development.

**Early childhood education certification – preferred for some positions, but not required for all

Duties

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and playtime.
• Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging exploration and creativity.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and daily activities.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team environment.

Skills

• Teaching skills that foster learning through play and structured activities.
• Experience working with children in various settings, showcasing adaptability and creativity in caregiving.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Compassionate caregiving approach
