Caring for the Vulnerable

Following the increase of Jews living below the poverty line from 19,745 in 2001 to 24,315 in 2011, UJA will mobilize the largest ever coalition of Jewish and secular organizations to unite in a collective effort to eliminate poverty in our community, with special attention paid to the needs of its most vulnerable members - seniors, new immigrants and Holocaust survivors.
