Join us for “Understanding the Continuum of Jewish End-of-Life and Bereavement Care,” the third session in the 2026 One Community Cares: Knowledge Exchange speaker series. This webinar will focus on how Jewish cultural norms, values, and practices align with best practices in palliative, hospice, and bereavement care. Participants will gain a clear understanding of how culturally rooted practices reinforce compassionate, effective care across serious illness, dying, and loss.

Lisa Kronenberg, MSW, RSW
Executive Director, Neshama Hospice

Lisa Kronenberg is Neshama Hospice’s Executive Director. A registered social worker, she brings more than 20 years of experience in hospice palliative care program development, including the design and implementation of grief and bereavement standards of care and the delivery of clinical services across community-based settings. Throughout her career, her work has been grounded in trauma-informed practice, with a particular focus on comprehensive program design that includes children, families and seniors. Prior to joining Neshama, Lisa served as Manager of Hospice and Holocaust Survivor Services at Jewish Family & Child Service, where she led programs supporting more than 1,400 clients annually. Lisa also serves as an accreditation surveyor with Hospice Palliative Care Ontario, contributing to sector-wide quality and standards advancement.
