A partner in the litigation and dispute resolution group at Goodmans LLP, Suzy Kauffman is an accomplished commercial litigator and has extensive experience in complex disputes. She is listed by Best Lawyers in Canada for Class Action Litigation and Corporate Commercial Litigation and is recognized by Benchmark Canada as a “Litigation Star.”
A dedicated community leader, Suzy has been involved at UJA for many years, and currently sits on the Women’s Executive Cabinet, where she co-chairs the Atarah. She served for eight years on the board of TanenbaumCHAT and previously served on the board of the Toronto Heschel School. Suzy has also been a board member at Israel Cancer Research Fund since 2021 and joined its executive in 2024.
Suzy and her husband Steve are the proud parents of three children: Amanda, Josh, and Layla. Fun fact: years ago (before becoming a lawyer and having children), Suzy was a competitive skater competing nationally and internationally. She is also a qualified figure skating judge. She spends her spare time doing fitness classes and watching reality television.

Amy brings nearly two decades of leadership experience across operations and investing. She has served in executive roles and helped guide several businesses in the investment management and retail industries through periods of growth and transformation.
Amy serves on the boards of Next Canada and the Harvard Business School Club of Toronto and is a trustee and investment committee member at the Jewish Foundation of Greater Toronto. She holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and an HBA with distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University. Amy lives in Toronto with her husband, Jeff, and their three sons.

She has appeared on national media, delivered keynotes, and participated in panels across North America.
Rena Nickerson is the General Manager for Quaker and Sabra Canada, at PepsiCo. She spent 15 years as a marketer on top tier Canadian brands and the past 10 years as a GM at PepsiCo, leading the full Canadian SodaStream business before moving to Quaker in 2023. A proud Jew living in Thornhill, Rena plays a leadership role in multiple community organizations. She and her husband have two grown children.
