WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A LION CUB?

UJA Lion Cubs (LC) are young women in their bat mitzvah year who are eager to give back, explore their Jewish identity, and build their leadership skills through fun social and educational initiatives. By the end of the program, LCs will have a strong sense of identity and purpose as the next generation of community leaders–as well as a cohort of likeminded peers.

WHEN DOES THE LION CUB PROGRAM START?

The Lion Cub program consists of a series of sessions throughout the academic school year, starting in September and concluding in June, located in Toronto.

The new cohort will begin September 2025. To see the program overview for the 2025-2026 cohort, click here.
