Who uses Epicurious? One of the things we like about that site is that they tell us what they like/don’t like about something and often, offer great suggestions for variations or modifications. They also post photos that show us what their take on a recipe looks like.

We hope that you will share your thoughts about Bathurst Street Kitchen recipes here, with any (constructive and respectful) comments about the way the recipe turned out. We love modifications so if you figured out how to make something gluten free or decided to convert a recipe to vegan or just decided that beet greens would go really well with something, we’d love to hear about it.
