Be part of UJA Leadership Labs, a new initiative designed to strengthen leadership capabilities across Jewish institutions and our community. 

 

In today’s complex environment, leaders need more than vision. They need tools, structures, and support to guide their organizations with confidence. UJA Leadership Labs will provide a mix of expert-led monthly workshops, confidential peer exchange forums, personalized coaching, and practical toolkits. 

 

Program Highlights: 

  • Sessions on topics such as social media, governance, charity compliance, communicating with impact, positively engaging with conflict, and building collaborative relationships 
  • Ongoing leadership coaching from seasoned professionals
  • Trusted spaces to problem solve and grow with other leaders
  • Practical resources you can take back to your organization

Participants will receive a certificate of completion after attending all eight sessions.

At UJA, she supports the Community Capacity Building department’s work to strengthen Jewish life through affordability, research, and poverty-reduction initiatives. She’s passionate about helping organizations lead with clarity, impact, and purpose.

Allen is an organization and leadership consultant with 45+ years of experience working with a diverse set of clients in the private, public, and social enterprise sectors. He is excited to be partnering with UJA to help grow leadership capability in the Jewish community.
