MODERATOR

Nicole Inwentash BA, CNP, RNCP, Registered Holistic Nutritionist

Nicole is a Toronto based Registered Holistic Nutritionist who specializes in weight loss, digestion, and healthy eating. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University, and then completing a post-graduate degree in International Marketing from Humber College, Nicole pursued her passion for nutrition by earning a diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, where she graduated with First Class Honours.

Her personal journey to holistic nutrition began during high school when she started experiencing digestive issues: bloating, constipation, you name it! She was eventually diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. Doctors prescribed medication, and constantly told her to eat more fibre and drink more water, but nothing was making her feel better.

After visiting a Food Sensitivity Practitioner, she was advised to cut out certain food groups (gluten, dairy, and corn) to see if she would notice any changes. To her surprise, after 2 weeks, her body felt different and the gas and bloating were gone. Nicole has been off gluten and dairy for over 10 years and it has been life-changing for her.

Nicole became fascinated by how the body worked and how certain foods can affect the way you look and feel. She’s an advocate for taking an all-encompassing approach by evaluating a person’s health history, including current diet, emotional concerns, and lifestyle habits. She is best known for her positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for nutrition and health. She has a very positive energy that is infectious to those around her and her caring attitude is reflected in the dedication and support she gives to her clients.

She currently works with Dr. Joey Shulman at the Shulman Weight Loss clinic in Toronto.
