A craft-based fundraiser in support of Beth Tzedec's Refugee Sponsorship Fund

Join other 20s, 30s and 40s with Beth Tzedec's Refugee Sponsorship Group for an intimate night of storytelling and crafting at Mellah. We will listen to stories about the Moroccan rug and about the journeys' of new refugees to Canada while enjoying the craft of macrame.

Macrame is a fibre art created by knotting rope into unique, interesting patterns and designs. Attendees will be provided with all the materials needed to create their macrame piece. We will have someone present to demonstrate and teach knotting techniques. Cost: $50

Snacks and refreshments will be provided. Registration required via Eventbrite.

All proceeds go toward Beth Tzedec's Refugee Program
