A Temple Sinai Program: Cooking up Passover – with Tony Loschiavo of L-Eat Catering

Let's get ready for Passover together. Tony Loschiavo of L-Eat Catering will share some not-so-traditional vegetarian dishes to add variety to your seder table.
Together, we will cook two dishes: A roasted portabello and red pepper cap, with crushed chickpeas and cashew cheese, and a stovetop yam tzimmes with dates, prunes and raisins.
