Temple Sinai’s Young Families Virtual Tu B'Shvat Shabbat - Celebrating our Jewish Roots with our Grandparents
Friday, January 14, from 5.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
It's Tu B'Shvat –– the New Year of the trees! Join Rabbi Michael Dolgin, Randy Starr and the Temple Sinai Community Preschool team for a joyous celebration honouring our heritage and our roots.
Together, we will create and craft with grandparents, experiment with grape juices, sing lots of songs, and bring in Shabbat with yummy challah! The program will be approximately thirty minutes in length.
Once you have registered, please email a photo of your child with their grandparents, or of just the grandparents, to programs@templesinai.net.
Please indicate the names of everyone in the image.
Families can pick up their Shabbat gift bag* from Temple, which includes challah, grape juice, Tu B'Shvat treats, and a craft.
Temple families, please register by Thursday, January 13 at noon to receive your Shabbat gift bag and Zoom details.
*If your child(ren) attends Temple Sinai Community Preschool, there is no need to register. They will receive a Shabbat gift bag to bring home from school.
