UJA Community Event - featuring Noa Tishby

7:30PM - 9:30PM

Today we are confronting a noxious new wave of social media antisemitism. How do we fight it, and share the truth about Israel across our digital networks? To answer these questions, Noa Tishby joins us in conversation with Sheryl Saperia, Vice President, Philanthropy and Deputy Campaign Director at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto.

Noa Tishby is at the forefront of the battle of ideas on social media. As an Israeli household name and top television actress, she’s used her star power to become one of the country’s leading voices against hatred of Israelis and Jews.

This great-granddaughter of Zionist pioneers is the author of Israel: A Simple Guide to the Most Misunderstood Country on Earth. Few know better the many minefields of Israel activism online—and the antisemitism festering on the web—than the woman widely known as Israel’s unofficial ambassador.

We hope you’ll join us for this important and timely event on what we can all do to counter the surge of hatred we’re experiencing online.

Please register for this event by Tuesday, June 8
