Join us and create lifelong memories while networking with other new-to-camp families. Families are provided with snacks, meals, and transportation.

Camp Philosophy: Camp Kadimah is a co-ed Jewish-Zionist summer camp located in Barss Corner, Nova Scotia. Opened in 1943 as a community camp for the Canadian Maritime Jewish community, Kadimah today is the second home for campers across Canada, Israel, the US and elsewhere. As a generalist camp, Kadimah has a wide range of activities for campers to take part in, from water ski and sail, to sports, to music and drama, and everything in-between. Our camp is a six-week single-session camp (though new campers can opt to come for a two or four-week program). A strong emphasis is placed on Jewish and Zionist programming at camp, which include various camp-wide programs and theme days. We are a Canadian Young Judaea camp.
