Why Your Vote is Important

The municipal elections are just three days away and it is very important that members of the Jewish community vote on Monday, October 25, 2010 for the candidates of their choice.  By voting, elected leaders will recognize our collective voice as a Jewish community on vital issues that affect us, including: civic services, roads, transit and emergency services.

CJPAC (the Canadian Jewish Political Affairs Committee) has set up a website for the Toronto election. For information about voting and links to the candidates, go to www.itsup2you.ca/toronto

If you live outside of the City of Toronto and have questions about your local municipal election, please email Michael Friedman at mfriedman@cjpac.ca

It’s up to you to show our elected representatives that we care about the issues affecting our community. Please vote on Monday, October 25, 2010.
