Purchasing insurance is highly recommended. This will be offered to you by our agent handling your air booking.

 

Flights

Our Journey starts in Tel Aviv on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at approximately 1:30 PM (Israel time), and concludes in Tel Aviv on Wednesday, November 8, 2017, after dinner (Israel time).

Specialty Tracks

Centennial Journey includes two days of specialty tracks encompassing a variety of topics.

Tracks will be finalized based on overall demand by registrants’ selections. Each track is on a first come first served basis and has a limited number of spaces.

 

Pre/Post Mission Arrangements

While UJA does not have any official programming before or after the Journey, a wide variety of pre and post options are possible both in Israel and elsewhere. If you would like assistance in booking tours, activities or hotel accommodations before or after the Journey, our travel agent will be happy to assist you.

 

Payments and Deadlines

 

Charges to your credit card will be made as follows:

 

  • $1,600 USD per person will be charged upon registration.

  • Air fare cost will be charged on the date of booking. Cancellation or change fees may apply according to the terms of the airlines.

  • Balance due in full 60 days prior to departure.

  • 7 night’s hotel accommodation
  • Daily Israeli breakfast
  • 6 lunches
  • 6 dinners including welcome and farewell gala celebrations
  • Group airport assistance and transfers upon arrival and departure *
  • 7 ½ days of touring in a luxury, air-conditioned bus with licensed, expert English speaking tour guide
  • All entrance fees, speakers and site visits
  • Porterage at the hotels and airport
  • Water and snacks on the bus
  • Welcome kit upon arrival
  • Hostess service desk at all hotels

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing and received prior to the Journey’s departure date (October 31, 2017). Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received.

 

  • From March 15, 2017 up to 60 days prior to departure: $600 USD per person
  • 59 to 31 days prior to departure: 50% of the Journey cost
  • 30 days to day of departure or no-show: no refund
  • Cancellation fees are subject to processing fees

NOTES 

  • All prices in USD
  • A contribution to the UJA Campaign is required
  • Space is limited in each package / all packages subject to availability
  • The First Timers package is available to those who never been to Israel or have not been since 1997
  • Customary gratuities of US $160 per person not included
  • Land price is per person based on double occupancy.
  • The night of November 8th is not included in the land package
